MRKMKRZ = markmakers!

We wanted to create a brand name that immediately got our point across. We interview people and businesses who we believe have made, are currently making or are on the path towards making a mark in society.

I (Emma - Founder), set up the brand in my third year of my English Literature degree at the University of Sheffield. Throughout my time studying English so much of the reading and research was about finding voices that haven’t been understood or heard yet. That’s exactly what inspired this idea! After making the wesbite and setting up the idea I told my housemates about it and that’s how Ellie and Lily got involved too - so happy to now have them as writers and interviewers on here.

Hopefully the more this idea develops, more will be added to this section, but for now this is who we are! Please send us an email if you or someone you know deserves the spotlight on them :)
